We may, from time to time, release updates, bug fixes, or improvements to Yantagram ("Updates"). You agree that Updates may be installed automatically. We are not obligated to provide technical support but may choose to do so at our discretion.

Yantagram is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yantagram will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of Yantagram. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for Yantagram in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms by ceasing all use of Yantagram and deleting your account. We may terminate your license at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must delete your Yantagram account.
